My story
For most of my life, I've been searching for a better way.
Not an easier way...
I've never been afraid of hard work.
I've owned businesses, built companies, raised a family, worn more hats than I can count, and like so many entrepreneurs, I've always been curious about what's possible.
What I was really searching for was balance.
A life where work supported living instead of consuming it.
A way to create financial freedom without sacrificing the freedom I was working so hard to achieve.
My husband and I have spent decades building our future together.
While I ran my own business for over 35 years, he built his career in the federal government while operating a landscaping company on the side. Like many families, we worked incredibly hard, raised two wonderful children, paid the bills, and chased the dream that one day life would slow down enough for us to truly enjoy it.
Eventually, that dream came true.
Today we're blessed to wake up every morning overlooking beautiful Lake Okanagan.

But retirement taught me something I wasn't expecting.
Financial freedom isn't a destination.
It's something that needs to be nurtured.
The world changes.
Technology changes.
The economy changes.
And if we stop learning, we can quickly find ourselves feeling left behind.
That curiosity led me into the worlds of cryptocurrency, AI, online investing, and digital income opportunities.
Some were excellent.
Some were disappointing.
Many were incredibly confusing.
I discovered that most people aren't struggling because they aren't capable.
They are struggling because nobody has explained things in a way that actually makes sense.
And that's where I found my purpose.
Throughout my career—as an entrepreneur, educator, mentor, and coach—I realized there has always been one common thread.
I love taking complicated ideas...
breaking them down...
and helping ordinary people understand them with confidence.
I don't believe you need to be a financial expert.
You don't need a technology degree.
You don't need to spend ten hours a day glued to charts or learning confusing jargon.
You simply need someone willing to explain things clearly, honestly, and without the hype.
That's why I created Wealth Without Waiting.
Not to promise overnight riches.
Not to convince anyone that one opportunity is the answer.
But to create a place where curious people can learn about today's wealth-building tools—from AI to digital investing and everything in between—in plain English.
Because I believe financial education should feel empowering, not intimidating.
If something has helped me create more freedom, more confidence, or more opportunity, I want to share it.
And if I can save you months of confusion by making a complicated topic feel simple...
